APDO is a non-profit, non-governmental, and impartial organization founded in June 2021, based in Damazine, Blue Nile State. It is committed to alleviating poverty, enhancing education, empowering women and youth, promoting peace and conflict resolution, and ensuring access to healthcare and basic services in vulnerable communities.
Our mission is to reduce risk and vulnerability through training, community capacity development, protection of vulnerable groups, and promoting sustainable peace in partnership with local, national, and international organizations.
